With the recent release of WordPress 6.4, our team has identified compatibility issues that are affecting the performance of WPtouch. We have noticed that websites using WPtouch alongside WordPress 6.4 are not functioning as intended.

Our developers are diligently working to examine these incompatibilities and ensure that WPtouch retains its reliable and user-friendly experience. We are committed to releasing an update to WPtouch that will address and rectify these issues as soon as possible.

For the time being, we strongly advise all our users to hold off on updating to WordPress 6.4. Please continue to use WordPress 6.3 to maintain the integrity and usability of your website with WPtouch.

For those who have already updated, we recommend reverting back to WordPress 6.3 to prevent any further impact on your website’s performance. You can use this either of these plugins to do so: https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-rollback/ or https://wordpress.org/plugins/wp-downgrade/. Before doing so, we recommend performing a backup of your website and a backup of your WPtouch settings (this can be done within the License & Support menu within WPtouch Pro).
