Hi. Will you release an update for iPhone 5 splash screen support? It has a larger screen so a new image is necessary.

Hi, I have WPTouch pro installed on two sites, I have a 5 pack license. The upgrade on one site went smoothly, but when I click on upgrade available on the other site it goes to the plugins upgrade page but doesn’t list the upgrade for me to click…

Please try force refreshing the entire page on the plugin update page. You should hopefully see the update there then. If you still don’t, log into the support forums and we’ll be happy to give you a hand there.

This update removed the plugin from my admin page and the website’s mobile theme no longer works. So I attempted to revert back to the older version of the plugin but it is still missing from my admin page. Do you have any ideas what could be removing WP Touch Pro from my admin page or how to get it back?

    Hi Vincent,

That sounds like a strange issue, and not one we’ve seen reported anywhere else. Try checking your wp-content/uploads folder for orphaned files, and delete them. Then check your wp-content/plugins directory for wptouch-pro. If it’s there, try deleting it, and then download and reinstall a fresh copy of 2.7.3 from us. Your settings, and wptouch files will remain intact.
